This is the 1/12 "dollhouse" scale of the architect's ruler, which was first shown in Plate 177.
The markings on the scale at the top left subdivide one inch into 12 major parts, each part representing one scale inch. Each scale inch
is further subdivided into 4 minor parts, or scale quarter inches.
