Plate 208: Constructing "E.L.L.Y." columns in the structural model, Part 4

This plate is similar to Plate 207, except the distance to the east corner of the E.L.L.Y. column is being measured.
The black mechanical pencil provides a straight-edge that "drops a perpendicular" from the column's corner to the measuring tape.
