Plate 156:  Building a locomotive service yard, Part 22:  a curved track section overlays the future position of a point motor
(This plate added OCT 2003)

The locomotive service yard was designed as a three-spur yard. Two points are required to create three spurs. Until an additional right-hand point is installed in the service yard, a curved track section will cover the position where the second point's motor will be located.
