Plate 221: Preparing for construction of a power distribution center, Part 7: terminal blocks positioned upon a black-painted board

| Here is what the mounting board for the terminal blocks looked like after having been sprayed with glossy black enamel. The terminal blocks are loosely placed upon the board, and the board has been placed upon one of the photographer's white backdrop panels for contrast. See Plate 215 for a similar picture taken before the board was sprayed with black enamel. |
