Plate 109:  Installing a Hornby Point Motor: where the wires go, Part 5

This view shows how the R965 Standard Train Controller connects to the R044 Passing Contact Lever Switch. The brown wire from the R965 controller (see Plate 108) plugs directly into the brass socket near the base of the R044 lever switch. The end of the brown wire that plugs into the switch, which was not visible in Plate 108, is fitted with a thin hollow plug that exactly fits the brass socket. That's the only connection between the R965 and the R044.
