Plate 90:  Creating boxes for unboxed items, Part 3: close-up photo of box label for Churchill Mark IV tank
(This plate added AUG 2004)

Here is a zoom close-up photo of the Collector's drawing on the box label for the Churchill Mark IV infantry tank. The lines of the drawing are blurred, not because the photograph is faulty, but because the drawing was made on coarse paper with a broad felt-tipped pen.

The drawing was made using the actual Authenticast tank as a model. Observe that the model's scale, manufacturer, and approximate year of manufacture (1946) are shown on the box label.

The label, which was drawn upon low-quality scrap paper during the 1980s, has yellowed with age.
