On February 6, 2004, our controller became aware that some website operators are engaging in so-called "affiliate marketing" schemes, whereby fees are received by website operators from sellers whose products or services are mentioned in the operator's website. Keyserkill Studios, Inc., most emphatically, does not engage, and has never engaged, in this practice! Any URL links or other references to book titles, publishers, manufacturers, service providers, products, vendors, societies (profit or non-profit), etc., in the pages of this website are NOT, as a matter of Corporate policy, connected with any marketing schemes, contractual or non-contractual, whereby fees or gratuities are received by Keyserkill Studios, Inc. or any of its employees from businesses, societies, individuals, or any other entities, in return for their being mentioned in our pages. This policy is stated firmly in the Keyserkill Studios, Inc. Corporate Minutes Book (see Special Meeting of Shareholders, dated February 6, 2004). Furthermore, the employees of Keyserkill Studios, Inc., are bound by this policy insofar as the opinions or preferences of employees might appear within the "After Hours" pages of the Keyserkill Studios, Inc. website. |
